Divisional HR Director, Trading
Our client, a global Oil & Gas business has an exciting opportunity for a HR Director to support the commodities trading division. This is a very high profile, highly profitable, regulated business unit with exciting international growth plans. You must have experience supporting a trading population either in investment banking or commodities or similar to be considered for this role. Manage stakeholder relationships, establishing trusted partner status and offer advice, coaching and challenge on HR matters.Ensure effective delivery and execution of the HR plan, through effective utilisation of HR shared services and COE colleaguesLead and ensure delivery of resourcing, talent & succession plans, capability assessment and development plansLead and deliver organisational change activities, supporting organisational design and delivery of all associated change management.Support implementation of performance management process and effective management of performance issuesEnsure that reward programmes are in place, manage and support the reward processPlay an active role in supporting the business unit on commercial activity including M&A.Collate workforce and functional performance insight and use proactively to identify issues for resolution.Ensure that Group HR processes and policies are implemented and contribute to the delivery of the Group HR strategy. This is a great HR Director position supporting a very successful, high profile, profitable division of a large blue chip organisation. There are some interesting M & A, organisational change & HR transformation challenges that will contribute to this critical HR leadership role.
