We are working with an International Insurance business who are in the process of going through a large transformation programme. As part of this process, they are looking to recruit a Reward Specialist to establish a Reward function along with all aligned Processes and Policies.
This role will review all reward activity across their European region and develop harmonised policies and processes to ensure an effective function.
You will be responsible for all job evaluation and grading and benchmarking across the region.
You will develop an effective salary and bonus policy and manage the year-end bonus rounds.
Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP, so we will only consider candidates who are immediately available or on short notice period. You will have a strong reward background, particularly from a Financial Service or Insurance background. You will have experience of working across European remit.
