Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Europe

My client is a luxury brand based at London Bridge who is looking for a bright and detail orientated Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Day to day management of the outsourced payroll including head office & store staff across UK & Ireland

You will also be responsible for managing the relationships with vendors across multi-country payrolls including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Russia.

Be the main point of contact for all payroll queries

Review existing payroll processes and look to make improvements where necessary

Benefits administration

General reporting

Vendor Management with ADP

Stakeholder management

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Experience of running payroll for mid size firms

European payroll knowledge is essential

A retail background is advantageous but not essential

ADP Freedom is advantageous with vendor management experience

High level of communications skills

Able to deal with senior stakeholders

Ability to work independently

Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships
