Payroll & Benefits Specialist - EuropeMy client is a luxury brand based at London Bridge who is looking for a bright and detail orientated Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Day to day management of the outsourced payroll including head office & store staff across UK & IrelandYou will also be responsible for managing the relationships with vendors across multi-country payrolls including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Russia.Be the main point of contact for all payroll queriesReview existing payroll processes and look to make improvements where necessaryBenefits administrationGeneral reportingVendor Management with ADPStakeholder managementThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Experience of running payroll for mid size firmsEuropean payroll knowledge is essentialA retail background is advantageous but not essentialADP Freedom is advantageous with vendor management experienceHigh level of communications skillsAble to deal with senior stakeholdersAbility to work independentlyCompetent at establishing & maintaining relationships This is an excellent opportunity to get in with a leading brand - APPLY NOW !
