People Services Advisor
More specifically, as a People Services Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring all aspects of the services are delivered
- Supporting team leaders on complex issues/situations
- Conductin regular reviews with the team to develop training and ensure development
- Ensure processes are in place to facilitate high quality
- Identify areas of improvement within the function
- Ensuring that all systems and documentation reflect firm policy and best practice
You must have experience within a generalist role, ideally in the financial or professional services, and have extremely strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and UK employment law.
You must also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to lead a team and be extremely organised across the board.
