Interim Tech Recruiter
My client, an exciting and high-growth FinTech business, is seeking a knowledgeable and capable interim Tech Recruiter for an initial 6 month contract.
The organisation has recently grown their talent acquisition function and, in tandem with this, is going through a significant and planned growth phase. They're not a business that puts high numbers of roles onto their recruiters - quality over quantity is key - and, as such, they're seeking an interim Tech Recruiter to support the other recruiters for the next 6 months.
You will be experienced in recruiting across .NET Stack (e.g. developers), proactive and down-to-earth. In return, you will work for a fast paced technology business, excellent offices and a grown up and fun environment. Industry experience isn't important although many recent hires have come from with technology, financial and professional services.
As an urgent interim need candidates will ideally be available immediately however candidates on notice will be considered also.
