Strategic Senior HR Business Partner - Financial Services
This global Financial Services organisation in London requires a Strategic Senior HRBP.
This role will be supported by shared services & centres of excellence. This role has no operational HR element to it all. No ER issues. No HR process management at all.
Truly strategic. Supporting Operations & Technology, UK client base. Sole contributor. Reporting into the Head of HR. You will facilitate the implementation of change from a people perspective; proactively considering forward planning activity and having a clear view and understanding of the changes that may impact the business.

Essential skills & experience:
*Senior HRBP with a complex, matrix organisation - Ideally Financial Services
*Supported Corporate Functions clients desirable Operations & Technology
