This is an Interim position for approximately 4 - 6 months.

Client Details

Global Manufacturing business - full details will be give upon successful application.


  • Partner - Partner closely with the SMT and Operations to drive strong business results, build capability within the group, work with the HRBP community to deal with issues and challenges

  • Training and Development - Provide leadership and coaching to the business, build talent management to ensure that people plans are executed

  • Engagement - Recognition and career development culture

  • Manage the pay reviews across the region, bonus programme and implement compensation and benefits strategy


As Head of HR you will have worked within a multi-site business and understand the complexity and challenges of a business set up in this way. This role is working for a fast paced organisation and will need to have the experience operating in a lead capacity in the Manufacturing sector.

As this is an Interim opportunity for 4 - 6 months we require candidates who are available at short notice or with immediate effect.
