As the HR Manager, you will be the most senior individual on site and you will lead autonomously across the breadth of generalist HR. You will be supported by a HR team and have responsibility for driving the entire HR agenda. You will be actively involved in employee relations issues, talent management, succession planning, working with and building relationships with the unions, supplier relationship negotiations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to deliver an effective HR function.
You will have a track record of expertise gained preferably within manufacturing, consumer or FMCG business, with exposure to leading and effecting organisational change in a complex employee relations environment. In addition, you will have in-depth generalist HR experience, covering all elements of HR Management. In addition, you will have expertise implementing and developing highly effective processes and polices and have a track record of delivering an effective, autonomous HR offering.
