Internal Communications Manager
Permanent as well as a possible need for an Interim
Salary to £60,000 plus car allowance (£7,900) and superb benefits / c. £350 (some flex) per day if interim

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this Employer of Choice based in Cirencester to recruit a talented Internal Communications Manager. The role is permanent however there is potential for a need to recruit on an interim basis whilst the permanent process takes place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of regular internal communications channels and content. Ongoing support for all general communication activities
  • Work with defined functions across the business to understand plans and translate these into meaningful internal communications and engagement plans in support of business priorities and communication goals
  • Production of communications content and deliverables in support of agreed plans
  • Develop internal relationships and pro-actively contribute to discussion, representing the importance of effective internal communication
  • Develop knowledge of the wider business, internal audiences, relevant external factors and news

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Diploma in Internal Communications - desirable but not essential
  • Proven extensive experience of planning and developing best practice internal communications, preferably within a financial services environment
  • Design, development and management of communication channels
