Our client - a global trading firm based in the City, London, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in a busy, demanding and varied role. The culture is very fast paced and you'd be joining the firm during a time of growth, change and transformation. You'd need to have the patience to support the business through this in a practical sense, but it does present an opportunity to be involved in exciting projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Oversee implementation and delivery of HR initiatives, advise on organizational design, restructures and change management including the roll out of culture and conduct

Ensure client groups understand people challenges coaching on appropriate interventions

Provide advice on employment law issues, coach management on performance management and actively promote the process

Identify talent including training needs as part of the annual review process and conduct talent frameworks

Work with Senior HRBP to plan for succession

Ensure regular MI and analytics completed for committees

Own annual compensation processes for client group guiding managers on salary and bonus

Manage McLagen job matching process, provide guidance for promotions off-cycle, work with specialist functions on slightly more complex compensation requirements

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have HR experience within a fast-paced professional environment ideally financial services

Several years' experience in a HR Business Partner role

Change management, negotiation and influencing skills

Be comfortable in an environment that is changing
