Your new role
A varied and rewarding stand alone HR role, supporting circa 140 employees and the management team of this fast paced, commercial organisation. Day to day you will be involved in end to end recruitment, training and performance as well as ensuring all aspects of HR administration are carried out accurately. The role is a 9 month FTC to cover maternity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be Level 5 CIPD with previous experience working in a generalist HR role, ideally in an SME organisation. You will also have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
