Oakleaf Partnership are working with a market leading brand recruiting for a Reward Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role following a huge HR transformation programme.

This role will be joining an exceptional reward function, and will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of competitive reward principals, policies and programmes. You will be an expert in the reward field and expected to offer expert advice and guidance to the business. This role will encompass all areas of reward and analytics including cash compensation, benefits, policy work and incentive/bonus plans.

The ideal candidate will have end to end experience of leading comp round, and ideally have experience of designing specific interventions for senior level employees. You will be supporting on salary surveys, benchmarking, as well as working closely with the global mobility team on compensation related matters. Additionally this role will be working closely with the Head of Executive Compensation, and so additional executive compensation experience would be ideal.

As our client has gone through a lot of change, there are some exciting project work in the pipeline, therefore solid project management skills would be advantageous.

Our client would like the successful candidate to be based out of their office in Hertfordshire, however they also offer the flexibility to work from home or in their London office.
