Artis HR are currently supporting an extremely innovative and international organisation who have offices in Bath and London, we are looking for a passionate recruiter for a Digital and Graduate Recruiter role. This is a permanent opportunity paying £30-35,000 dependant on experience and can be based in either office in central Bath or Central London.
In this crucial role, you will ensure our client continue to attract and recruit the best emerging talent for the business, increase their share of voice in a competitive marketplace and keep up to date with future talent-acquisition trends. You will be developing and executing a globally consistent employer brand for the business as an employer of choice for students, interns and graduates. Engaging with the wider talent pool, your visionary attraction and engagement solutions will enable their internal clients to improve their quality of hire and ignite talent performance.
You will join a friendly and high-energy recruitment team where they deliver a meaningful high level of service at all levels, and genuinely care about pushing the business forward. What will your role look like?
*Own the end-to-end overarching strategy for Graduate and Intern recruitment that aligns with the business strategy - including an attraction, selection and assessment process and managing all offers for each annual intake
*Work on both a macro and micro scale by supporting local regions to develop specific acquisition strategies and local recruitment marketing campaigns to align with overarching global strategy
*Be a trend tracker! Build on the current "candidate experience" concept and introduce creative ideas to actively engage candidates
*Explore alternative and original application routes for graduates, maximizing digital media opportunities and future technology
*Crunch data! Collaborate with the Global Resource Planner to utilize data to underpin attraction strategy
*Co-ordinate attendance at graduate fairs and/or presentations
*Maintain and build on pre-existing relationships with university careers department and directly with relevant faculties, courses and course leaders
*Define advertising and employer brand messaging in collaboration with Marketing ensuring the business becomes the destination brand for the brightest graduate engineers on selected campuses globally
*Design and manage media strategies to drive our message around diversity and inclusion
*Manage all social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc.) to create brand awareness partnering with the digital marketing team
*Work with the HR Leadership team to design and execute the business's Employee Value Proposition
*Manage Vendor and supplier partnerships to include contract negotiation and ownership of budget/PO process
Co-ordinate internship sponsorship arrangements
Define appropriate application route for placements
Joining up the process to broader graduate recruitment and talent pipeline and reporting trends to internal stakeholders
Annual review of process, identifying areas for change and improvement on attraction, selection and offer activities and escalate to the Global Recruiting Manager, HR Managers and Global HR Director
