My client a regional healthcare provider based in Brighouse and covering Yorkshire is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Clinical lead to join their friendly and dynamic team. The role is based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire and will involve some travelling across the M62 Corridor.
The successful candidates will split their time equally between management and clinical work. The role will undertake:
- Leading and developing a team of occupational health professionals to meet the high standards of service provision required by the business and its customers.
- Deputising for the Directors in their absence and co-ordinating and providing full range of occupational health services to customers to meet the identified health needs of their business.
- Responsible for ensuring provision of all services meet standards of best practice, maintenance of SEQOHS accreditation standards and that all staff, employees and contractors work consistently to those standards
- As well as the managing aspect of this role you will also have a clinical case load and health surveillance to undertake
You will need excellent organisational and time management skills, be IT literate and be able to communicate effectively with customers, clients, colleagues and allied professionals. Working with different customers on their sites, there is some travel involved although the majority of this is in the north of England and sensible diary management ensures that this does not become excessive however, a car owner / driver is essential.

Salary: £42K – £45K + pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
