Interim HR Manager - Up to £70k/£400p.d. - London/Geneva

We're currently partnering with a globally renowned NGO who are experiencing large-scale growth and change. As such, they're looking for a highly capable, pacey, internationally-minded HR Consultant to partner on a wide variety of HR initiatives.

Please note: This role is initially for 6 months, requires someone immediately available and who can travel between London and Geneva.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Exec team to guide and influence around a wide range of HR topics and needs
  • Building key relationships at all levels to further the HR strategy and success
  • Maintaining a thorough hands-on approach, with all hands on deck in terms of operational work around ER, performance, policies etc.
  • Working internationally to ensure they are regulatory sound and to support Managers where there is no on-the-ground HR.

  • An accomplished HR Business Partner with experience gained within a complex international enviroment (NGO would be an added bonus)
  • Experience influencing and engaging with C-Suite and Exec level teams to drive strategy
  • Highly pragmatic, flexible and adaptable with the aptitude to get stuck in and crack on from day one
  • True Generalist experience, comfortable working strategically and operationally, rolling your sleeves up around ER, policies, procedures, talent, performance etc..
