HR Business Partner

You will be an integral part of their existing successful HR team, offering HR expertise to the services within your portfolio.
This HR Business Partner role will see you get exposure across the breadth of generalist HR. You will be actively involved in complex employee relations issues, recruitment, providing employment law expertise, people management, working with and building relationships with the senior management team and be involved with change management projects. You will coach, advise and challenge management teams to ensure a compliant and effective HR offering.
You will have strong HR generalist experience with a proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework. You will be self starter with a strong sense of analytical and organisational skills, from a fast paced environment. You will facilitate legal, compliance and best practice people management. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate where you have managed change programmes including those related to performance improvement and employee relations. You will have a strong customer focus and will be a collaborative team player.
