Were seeking HR Systems Project Manager to join an organisation implementing a new HR System into the business

Your new company
A Public Sector organisation which is going through a change and transformation programme to develop the organisation including new systems, processes and independent control.

Your new role
As a HR Systems Project Lead you will be reporting to a Programme Manager and working along side a HR team responsible for selecting and implementing a new HR system and rolling out to the business. You will be required to work closely with subject matter experts, HR team and business units during the selection and implementation roll out of the new HR System. A key element of the role will to act as a key guardian for the HR System working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and external suppliers / organisations building effective and collaborative relationships in a proactive way.
Key deliverable's

  • Documented full set of operational process for new system
  • Functional solution design for the system implementation
  • Determine all data requirements, ensuring data quality required ahead of transition/migration
  • Test System Functionality ahead of go live
  • Develop and deliver systems training
  • Transfer Payroll to new supplier

What you'll need to succeed

Were seeking an experienced HR professional who has previous experience of managing a HR system migration and implementation. You will need to be skilled in implementing HR systems, data migration, data management and analytical in nature.

Demonstrated functional experience of implementing/upgrading HR Systems including data analysis, process design, documentation, data cleanse activity and data migration principles.

High degree of accuracy and close attention to detail, able to analyse HR System requirements, provide advise to technical and non technical experts.

You will have the ability to present HR systems documentation and training effectively both verbally and in writing.
