We are working with one of our long-standing clients who is keen to recruit an Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager for an initial period of 6-12 months.
Having not had a dedicated reward function previously our client is looking for someone to lead the development of a potential reward strategy and associated reward structures across this incredibly diverse organisation.
You must be able to effectively work with stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of the organisation and ultimately create a strategy to drive the right behaviours in the business.
