PCA is a successful and growing provider of heritage services based in Brockley, South London with seven offices spread across the UK and currently employing up to 180 people.
We are seeking qualified, enthusiastic and motivated applicants with sound generalist HR knowledge, skills and experience for this newly created pro-active operational role to develop best HR practice whilst ensuring compliance with all our statutory employment obligations and supporting the provision of high quality professional services for all our clients. A flexible hands-on approach is needed to provide comprehensive HR services across the business including employee relations, casework, resourcing and recruitment, engagement and reward, terms of employment, performance and absence management and day-to-day HR administration.
