Senior HR Advisor
The largest independent commercial property agency in the UK are looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor in their Birmingham office. This role is a 12 month FTC covering maternity.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR advisor will provide high quality HR advice and services to all levels of the wider business. The HR Advisor will also work closely with the HR Business Partners on various HR related projects.
This role would suit a Senior HR Advisor who is looking to gain exposure of Business Partnering.
To be successful in your application you must:
Previous experience in a HR generalist role providing ER support to managers including, performance management, absence management and disciplinary hearings up to and including dismissal. A strong understanding of the key legislation's relevant to the role.
A credible approach and someone who can liaise and influence at a senior level
Be a complete starter / finisher
Qualified up to Level 7 CIPD is desirable
Intermediate to Advanced MS skills
High attention to detail
The role will require travel (all city centre locations) to other offices across the UK.
