Their projects include anything from running large senior leadership or management development programmes, designing and delivering development centres or behavioural change programmes, psychometric and 360 tools and coaching. Due to growth the business is looking for a Principal Consultant to contribute to business growth, product development and team leadership.
They are looking for people with the natural confidence and charisma to network and quickly build relationships with high level decision makers. As the lead for client relationships you will often be the first and last port of call on design, issue resolution, equipping the team to really understand the context and client and the purpose of what they are doing and delivering.
There is also a strong commercial element to this role working alongside their business development team, playing a critical role in winning work then owning and delivering with a team of Consultants and Project Managers. You will ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and grow and develop client relationships, both in terms of revenue and the depth and breadth of their offering.
Your background and experience will include client facing roles within a management consultancy, depth and breadth of expertise across leadership development and behavioural change, a deep understanding of how people, team and organisations learn and knowledge of the latest research and methods. You'll be equally comfortable designing very creative programmes or standing in front of 150 people presenting/facilitating.
Flexibility is core to this business. While they are based in based in the Northern Home Counties, the nature of the roles means you'll only be in the office 2-4 days a month so will be working from home, on client sites and meeting colleagues in various locations.
