Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next move to an organisation that really values its HR function? Better Placed HR People are pleased to be working with a high performing company based in Wakefield who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their HR team. We are looking for a passionate individual with a can do attitude who can hit the ground running.

As an HR Advisor you will report directly into the Head of HR and be responsible for one direct report at HR Administrator level. You will manage a large caseload of ER issues, through from investigation stage, supporting hiring managers throughout the process. You will provide sound advice on any HR queries and support the Head of HR with any complex cases and situations. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that you are dedicated to creating a strong network that will allow you to have great pipelines of talent. A large part of your role will be to monitor training needs across the business and undergo projects to organise and deliver necessary training sessions to enhance performance and engagement from employees.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience. You will have a strong background in managing a complex ER caseload and have proven skills in recruiting various positions at differing levels. We are looking for an articulate individual with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to build credible relationships across the business at all levels and have strong influencing skills.
