We are working with a global bank at present on a Senior Recruiter opportunity within their London HQ. This person will be responsible for all hires across Human Resources, therefore suitable candidates must either have recruited HR professionals previously or have worked in an in-house Recruiter role that sat within HR.

Maintaining close professional working relationship is integral to this role as naturally you'll work with HR on a variety of recruitment initiatives, also sit within HR and hire for the HR team so are very exposed in several ways.

This Specialist Recruiter will work closely with a Resourcer, therefore allowing to directly source for roles but also the time to focus on building relationships and managing processes efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to talent plan the hiring needs for their business area

Working with colleagues in sourcing, IM and marketing to implement original resourcing strategies and build diverse talent pools to meet hiring demand and targets

Facilitating the sourcing, interview and selection process

Actively managing candidates through the pipelines to ensure target start dates are met

Identify process improvements

Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping systems updated

Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Working with internal colleagues across different locations to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is working optimally

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have at least 5 years of recruitment experience

Preferably have experience recruiting for Human Resources, or have experience recruiting within an HR team

Be able to work at a fast paced

Have a proven track record of meeting hiring targets

Be experienced using recruitment systems, and managing recruitment processes
