Senior Reward Associate
If you are an accomplished Reward professional with regulatory reward experience then this could be the role for you.
*4 years hand on experience in a professional/financial services environment
*To have extensive and proven experience with the whole compensation lifecycle
*To have the ability to delivery annual compensation reviews (provision of advice and information to clients)
*Enable senior management to make informed decisions by providing accurate and relevant compensation information
*Consolidation, analysis and interpretation of market data information and trends
*To build and administer efficient excel models/spreadsheets (supporting the wider compensation team)
*Day to day Management of the various cash compensation plans currently in operation and involvement in the design and roll-out of new schemes as they arise
