You will work across a broad range of roles and levels, whilst maintaining a consultative high touch approach to Recruitment and will have extensive exposure to partnering and influencing business leaders, offering expert market intelligence and advice.

Responsibilities will include;

Developing, implementing and executing recruitment and sourcing assignments with a key focus on direct sourcing

Ensure a high quality candidate experience and sourcing execution

Partner with the agreed business unit leaders to drive efficiency

Interviewing and screening applicants in person

Managing and maintaining communication with hiring manager and business unit leaders to ensure continuity

Market mapping of passive and active candidates

The role offers the opportunity to work as part of a high performing team and the successful candidate must have experience in the following areas:

Previous in-house experience across Technology (specifically .Net), Marketing or Corporate Functions

Degree educated

Solutions focussed and experience of executing both senior and mid-level recruitment campaigns across Europe

Expert in competency based evaluation though interviewing
