Interim HR Manager
This small financial services business of circa 95 employees are on the look out for an Interim HR Manager to support during a busy time and also to support while the standalone Head of HR is away on leave for a little while.
For them Financial services experience is preferred as they need someone to be able to hit the ground running, and that has worked in a regulated environment such as theirs. This role will suit someone who is experienced as an Interim in supporting a business for a short while and making sure everything will continue to run smoothly.
You will operate in a generalist capacity, where you might get involved in anything from Payroll to recruitment, and be engaging with Senior stakeholders across the business for all of their HR needs.
They are looking to recruit this ideally on a FTC basis up to £55,000 or will look at a day rate equivalent.
