Senior Reward Consultant
We are partnering with a FTSE100 organisation on a newly created Senior Reward position; looking after core cyclical activities as well as taking the lead on key upcoming projects. Reward Consultants really are partners to the business, work closely with HRBPs and really get to know the business and being a strategic partner.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Reward or Compensation capacity, ideally from a similar partnering capacity. Ideally had some exposure in a consultancy environment and are comfortable acting as an adviser and presenting to senior stakeholders within the business.
