HR Systems Advisor (12 month FTC)
A multi-national law-firm based in Birmingham who pride themselves on legal excellence, global reach and strong relationships with their clients are looking for a HR Systems Advisor to join their team in the city centre for a 12 month contract. Ideally looking for an individual with a background in legal or professional services.
Key focus areas:
-Maintain the various systems with the support of the HR systems team
-Contribute to HRIS projects, e.g. selecting, testing and implementing software.
-Carry out systems administration activities such as systems testing, maintenance, data checks, fault finding and resolutions, troubleshooting and managing user access.
-Progress systems activity within defined configurations
-Delivering management information and supporting on reporting and measurement activity across the various HR functions
-Strong understanding and knowledge of HR systems
-Ability to use broad range of Microsoft products especially Excel
-Exposure to the system Taleo would be desirable
-Experience of delivering service improvements
-Excellent communication skills and a credible manner
