Senior HR Advisor
Senior HR Advisor opportunity working for an award winning financial services business. This organisation is an innovative, customer driven, fast placed business. They are renowned as a business for growing and developing their people into the best they can be. This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to make a real mark on the organisation.
This Senior HR Advisor role will provide comprehensive and effective generalist HR expertise, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to deliver a value-added HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation. You proactively influence, support, coach and mentor managers with employee relations issues through best practice case management. You will be actively involved in HR project work and the design and implementation of change management initiatives to drive a effective HR function.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have provided reliable and pragmatic HR and ER support and guidance to the business. Along side strong ER experience, you will be a broad HR generalist with excellent knowledge of employment legislation and associated impacts. You will be an excellent communicator with a natural ability to gain commitment and support from senior stakeholders across the business. You must be able to demonstrate where you have worked in a changing work environment and will be motivated by working in this environment.
