HR Business Analyst
You will analyse, shape and coordinate the activities required within the HR Organisation to ensure compliance with the upcoming EU GDPR legislation that comes into effect in May 2018
This role does not require any specific Data Protection experience as it is focussed around working with the specialist Information Systems teams to execute the delivery. The prime focus of the role is the analysis of impacted teams and processes to determine remediation action required and process improvements that need to be implemented to maintain compliance.

- Stakeholder Management
- Operational HR Management (preferable for context and understanding)
- Project Management or project delivery activity coordination experience
Activities to include: Collating an assessment of the current HR Data Landscape through direct communications with data processors.
A flexible individual with a broad experience in operational HR management and project delivery roles would be ideal.
