Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager
A City based investment management business has a new requirement for a diversity and inclusion project manager to join them on a contract basis. Working with the wider learning & development team, this role will manage the development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion related projects across the business and will have responsibility for:
- Reviewing policies and processes to enhance D&I opportunities across the group
- Make recommendations for recruitment to strengthen diversity focus
- Develop and implement an internal womens network
- Embed unconscious training across the groups and develop D&I cultural and behaviour frameworks
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar diversity focused role previously, either in an out and out D&I role, or as part of a learning & development role. Candidates with experience of managing a similar project from within a financial or professional services firm are preferred.
This is a nine month fixed term contract, paying up to £55,000 PA to start ASAP.
