    Essential:

  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Experience, skills and capability
  • Track record of operating at a senior level with experience of creating and delivering complex strategies from scratch
  • Experience of implementing a diversity and inclusion strategy ideally within a professional services organisation
  • Experience of developing and overseeing diversity and inclusion associated programmes
  • Forward thinking and driven to find innovative new ways of doing things with a focus on results
  • Commercially driven
  • A highly credible individual who has great influence and excellent relationship building skills
  • Flexible and pragmatic style - a person who has a growth mind set and can hold their opinion lightly
  • Work values align to our client's values, demonstrated in a respectful work ethic to others in the team
