HR Manager - 7 month contract
Generalist HR Manager role requiring end to end HR knowledge and a flexible and hands on approach.

The HR Manager will provide expert professional advice, guidance and support to all staff on the full range of HR activities including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, recruitment, induction, retention, performance management, maternity/paternity, exit interviews, employee relations, and learning & development.
In addition to the more operational aspects of the role you will also have the opportunity to support the business with initiatives in employee engagement, Learning and Development and process review & improvement.
In order to be considered for this role you will be CIPD qualified with a strong generalist background and ability to be hands on. Ideally you will have worked within a smaller business and may have experience of working in a stand alone role.
Strong communication skills at all levels are important as is the ability to take a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
Basic salary - £30,000 - £40,000
