This is an exciting time to join Ashley Kate HR - HR recruiter of choice. We are seeking an Administration Apprentice to join our expanding team in our office just off Junction 25 of the M1. Working hours are 40 per week on an Apprentice 12 month fixed term contract (£3.50 per hour) with the possibility to join the Administration team permanently after the apprenticeship contract.
You will undertake a level 2 NVQ qualification in Business Administration and support 2-3 Recruitment Consultants with a wide variety of administration & reception duties. The role is very diverse and will give you the opportunity to learn a lot across the support tasks & gain a valuable Apprenticeship qualification.
·Dealing with high volume email correspondence and CV intake via Outlook and an internal database
·General office admin including sending mailshots / dataprocessing / managing CVs and incoming calls
·Provide high quality administration to a team of recruitment consultants
·Ensure highest quality of administration
·Advertise all job vacancies on various job boards and social media
·Assist in the management of social media accounts on behalf of the Recruitment Consultants
What we need from you:
·Will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
·Strong attention to detail / planning organising skills;
·Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
·Highly organised and ability to work independently;
·Ability to work at fast-pace and to challenging deadlines.
