Global Mobility / Expatriate Management role - Hong Kong
Our client is a leading global bank with an unparalleled reputation across international markets. The need has arisen to recruit a high calibre global mobility / expatriate management professional, to be based in their Hong Kong operation.
This role will be responsible for providing international assignment and relocation advice to staff moving to and from the Asia Pacific region. You will advise on policies, remuneration, tax and general relocation issues. Working on a consultative basis, you will interface with the senior executives to understand their headcount requirements and organisational structure changes as well liaising with counterparts across the globe.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience gained within Global Mobility/Expatriate Management, ideally working within blue chip, international organisations with relevant technical experience of expatriate tax matters. Candidates who are currently working within Expatriate Tax departments in large accounting firms are also invited to apply. A strong relationship builder and communicator, you will enjoy working with a broad range of people across different locations and cultures and must also have a strong affinity to the technical side of the role. Fluent English is essential as is the gravitas and confidence to deal with demanding internal clients.
This is a local hire position in Hong Kong but the company will provide relocation assistance.
