Global Compensation Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Global Compensation Manager to join a fast paced and exciting organisation. Reporting into the Global Compensation Director this role will design and drive several aspects of compensation relating to acquisitions. The main responsibilities will include reviewing roles and mapping them onto the career framework, reviewing all elements of compensation and making recommendations on competiveness in relevant markets, leading due diligence reviews and working with Legal to draft post-deal employment agreements.
To be successful in this role you must have proven corporate compensation experience as well as project management skills. Previous experience of mergers and acquisitions relating to compensation is a pre-requisite along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives/partners. This role would particularity suit someone who has consulting experience and/or who has worked on post acquisition compensation projects.
