HR Generalist EMEA - Hedge Fund
A hedge fund based in the West End of London is looking for an HR Generalist - EMEA to join the HR team. Reporting directly in to the Head of HR - Europe, you will be responsible for partnering with assigned client groups (circa 125 employees in your groups) in a varied generalist role, also managing recruitment.
Reporting in to the Global HR Director, as a HR Generalist - EMEA, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the business (all functions and levels) across Europe to drive and implement HR strategy working closely with another HR Manager and the HR Director, supported by a small team
- Managing all Resourcing end-to-end across Exec, Lateral and Graduate hiring across Europe working with the business and external agencies (30%)
- Supporting the business as a broader HR generalist driving annual HR processes across Europe including; Talent & Development, Performance Management, Global Mobility, Projects (D&I, SMR, GDPR), Employee Relations / Policy work (70%)
You will have a track record either as an HR Business Partner / Generalist or a Resourcing Partner with broader HR projects or generalist experience, ideally within another global financial services organisation. You will be commercial, collaborative and able to operate as part of a high performing team in a broad role, working closely with leadership. A degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
