HR Business Partner - Global Law Firm
A leading global law firm based in the City of London is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the large high touch HR team in a busy and varied role. Working closely with a Senior HR Manager and supported by an HR Adviser, you will be responsible for managing the HR Strategy, Projects and annual HR processes/ops for your fee-earning client groups (up to Partner level). More specifically, as an HR Business Partner within this global law firm based in London, responsibilities will include:Working directly with your fee-earning client groups in a high touch, business orientated role, building strong relationships with your stakeholdersDriving HR strategy and HR initiatives across your client groupsHR Advisory, Policy & Employee RelationsManaging annual HR processes; salary & bonus review, appraisals etcDriving Talent & Development processes such as succession planning, secondments and development programmesManaging HR projectsSupporting junior members of the team You will be a pro-active and commercial HR Manager / HR Business Partner ideally within a global law firm or international financial or professional services environment. You will have employee relations experience and be comfortable managing complex projects, processes and relationships independently in a high touch role. Degree (2:1+) and or CIPD (preferred).
