Interim Senior HR Advisor
·Undertake an audit of the existing HR in the Central Services Team and make recommendations based upon this
·Review current HR policies and procedures to ensure meet all legal and organisation requirements
·Review the appraisal system - ensuring all compliant
·Provide HR advice, guidance and support to Directors, Team Managers and employees alike
·Introduce L&D initiatives
·Report in to the FD and Strategic Consultant on the People Strategy
November-December 2017 2/3 days per week to conduct a full HR review
January-March 2018 1/2 days per week to implement agreed recommendations
April 2018 onwards 1 day per month to provide ongoing support
·Available to start work November 2017
