A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an In-House HR Recruiter to work within the HR department of this fast moving and expanding Education Provider in NW London.
You will assume the role of primary recruiter for all the recruitment needs of the organisation. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates by a variety of methods including LinkedIn, advertising, job boards and headhunting.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR the majority of your duties will revolve around providing an end to end recruitment service. You will also be required to be involved with other aspects of the HR function when time permits and therefore must also have some generalist HR knowledge.
*Support all aspects of the recruitment process including partnering with recruiters & investigating and establishing alternative recruitment sources
*Proactively source and screen candidates
*Conduct primary telephone interviews
*Support interviewers with interview training
*Make offers and negotiate salaries
*Work with HR Team to provide inductions for all new staff
*Provide support and advice to managers and staff on a wide range of operational HR issues
*Assist with HR matters as directed by the Head of HR
Skills and Experience
*Experience as an In-House Recruiter with an agency background
*Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
*Knowledge of employment laws and practices
*Excellent communication skills
*Creative and practical
