Working to solve one of the biggest social challenges in the UK today, this organisation has undergone a recent period of transformation to create a business that is fit for the future, with a clear purpose and with the strategy to achieve this.

As Head of HR, they now require someone with a strong generalist HR background and proven experience of leading and developing a business enabling HR and Payroll function in a commercially driven business. With a track record of providing an effective HR service to public and private sector organisations, you will bring your experience of developing the full employee lifecycle systems, process, policies and data required to drive a high performing organisational culture. Strong employment law knowledge and experience of managing large scale HR projects are also a must, as is the ability to flex your engagement style and influence across a variety of audiences and at all levels, from Board and executive through to blue collar roles.
