We’re looking for two well-organised and capable individuals, with previous experience in HR administration to play a central role in our busy HR Transactions team. The team manages a full range of HR administration, including managing processes around new joiners, and those moving on from our organisation. This will involve updating contracts and payroll details, taking up references and undertaking security checks. You’ll also run all staff inductions - ensuring new joiners are welcomed and have a positive experience of the on-boarding process. You’ll be a first point of contact for a range of HR and Learning & Development queries, so the ability to think on your feet to offer clear and accurate advice, or escalate more complex issues, while still providing a responsive, customer-focused service will be key.
You’ll need excellent organisational skills and be comfortable prioritising work to meet tight deadlines and SLAs. Good all-round communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with managers and employees at all levels are vital, as are a positive approach to customer service. Previous experience in the administration of key aspects of the role such as on-boarding, recruitment and learning & development and an understanding of HR principles will be a distinct advantage.
