Reward Manager EMEA
A unique opportunity has arisen for a reward professional with experience across both compensation & benefits to join a global organisation in a Reward Manager, EMEA capacity. Reporting into the HR Director, the EMEA Reward Manager will be the first permanent UK reward hire and will be responsible for compensation, benefits and some mobility for a population of c. 600 across 13 countries. Other responsibilities include:Key point of contact for both compensation and benefits across EMEA for HR and the broader businessLead on a benchmarking project for all European rolesRun a benefits audit across EMEALead the bi-annual and annual salary review process as well as stock optionsLook at the immigration and mobility policies across the organisation and make necessary amendments/improvements This is an excellent opportunity to work in both a strategic and operational reward position and be responsible for improving the organisations reward philosophy across EMEA. There will be support from the US however, this individual needs to be comfortable working in an autonomous position and liaising regularly with senior stakeholders.
