Our client is a leading Higher Education provider based in the West Midlands is looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy team. With a global influence, they are widely known for their ground-breaking research, innovation and prestigious reputation.
In line with their strategic objectives, the organisation is looking for somebody to:
-Deal with a heavy case load of ER related matters, such as absence management, performance management, maternity issues and procedures, grievances and disciplinaries
-Provide comprehensive first line advice to all staff and managers
-Build and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the business
-Work on various ad-hoc HR projects
-Be the point of contact for clients, providing an efficient and support service
-Able to hit the ground running and advise using own initiative
-Prior experience working in an advisory capacity
-Very technically competent
-Ideally CIPD qualified
-Able to work in a highly fast paced environment
