Our client is a leading organisation based in the West Midlands is looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy team. With a global influence, they are widely known for their ground-breaking research, innovation and prestigious reputation.
In line with their strategic objectives, the organisation is looking for somebody to:
-Support with administration and co-ordination duties for the internal HR function
-Deal with correspondence on employee relations cases, such as maternity, absences, meetings and minute taking and ensuring all related documentation is accurately completed
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
-Work closely with the HR Advisors and management to ensure a wide variety of tasks are completed
-Excellent written and communication skills
-CIPD qualified would be desirable
-Experienced in working in a fast paced environment
-High attention to detail
