HR Manager My client, an innovative, commercial and highly successful FMCG company based in Surrey are currently recruiting for a HR Manger to cover the EMEA regions of the business. The HR Manager role has been created due to continued growth and will be joining an extremely high preforming team. They are looking for someone who has experience in employment practice within the UK and in designated international markets and someone who is able to demonstrate considerable achievement in fast paceded environments. Responsibilties;Develop, lead and implement successful people strategies in support of the delivery of the Business Unit business objectivesEngage effectively with key customers as an HR Business Partner to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive generalist HR Service across relevant Business Units, including but not restricted to:Developing the workforce and annual resourcing plans for the businessLeading on key aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding processesSupporting and advising leaders on critical employee relations mattersPerformance management, development planning and performance improvement planning issues/processesThe implementation and measurement of the Talent Development System and succession planning measures.The Employee Engagement processManage the HRIS and management reporting for the employee group and undertake data analysis as requiredContribute to the development of the Company People Strategy based upon an understanding of the MEA Region and Central Services objectives and business driversInterpret and practically apply Company HR policies, systems and business practices in a manner which support the local environment ensuring alignment with established principlesWork with the Learning and Development team to implement the Learning and Development strategy and ensure business unit requirements are metParticipate in the delivery and implementation of Global projects in support of the delivery of the Global HR Strategy and Objectives Reporting in directly to the HR Director and paying a salary of circa £45 - £50k, if you pride yourself on being resilient, independent and a self motivated individual please aplly now or contact me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org !
