HR Manager

My client, an innovative, commercial and highly successful FMCG company based in Surrey are currently recruiting for a HR Manger to cover the EMEA regions of the business. The HR Manager role has been created due to continued growth and will be joining an extremely high preforming team.

They are looking for someone who has experience in employment practice within the UK and in designated international markets and someone who is able to demonstrate considerable achievement in fast paceded environments.


Develop, lead and implement successful people strategies in support of the delivery of the Business Unit business objectives

Engage effectively with key customers as an HR Business Partner to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive generalist HR Service across relevant Business Units, including but not restricted to:

Developing the workforce and annual resourcing plans for the business

Leading on key aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding processes

Supporting and advising leaders on critical employee relations matters

Performance management, development planning and performance improvement planning issues/processes

The implementation and measurement of the Talent Development System and succession planning measures.

The Employee Engagement process

Manage the HRIS and management reporting for the employee group and undertake data analysis as required

Contribute to the development of the Company People Strategy based upon an understanding of the MEA Region and Central Services objectives and business drivers

Interpret and practically apply Company HR policies, systems and business practices in a manner which support the local environment ensuring alignment with established principles

Work with the Learning and Development team to implement the Learning and Development strategy and ensure business unit requirements are met

Participate in the delivery and implementation of Global projects in support of the delivery of the Global HR Strategy and Objectives
