Our client is a global business consultancy with a progressive, high performing culture and circa 1,000 employees across EMEA. The opportunity for a HR Manager to join their dynamic team has arisen and will be suitable for someone with professional experience in a HR position, who has intellectual curiosity, the ability to build strong rapport with senior stakeholders, outstanding attention to detail, a passion for HR and drive to exceed high standards.

As HR Manager your responsibilities will include:

Working with Talent Acquisition team in talent planning, offer development, overseeing processes for intern and grad programmes, and experienced hire.

Support performance management processes with continuous feedback and advice, coach managers on performance improvement plans.

Resolve employee relations issues at all levels, guiding on policies and employment legislation, managing risk for the firm.

Help the wider HR team to develop and update policies

Manage annual compensation process from analysis to advising leaders on salary and bonus recommendations.

Work with global mobility on immigration, visas etc.

Assist with analysis of HR-related metrics and reports for segment leadership.

Line management of HR team including an HR Advisor

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Be educated to degree level or equivalent

Possess a CIPD qualification

Have circa 5 years of experience in an HR position and currently be operating at Senior HR Advisor level or Junior HR Manager

Have experience working in a professional services business or corporate environment
