As part of this commitment – they are seeking a commercially driven Talent Manager to develop, own and facilitate talent programmes that support the development of a pipeline of successors - at all levels. Partnering HR colleagues, you will help to embed and review talent development activities to ensure an effective talent pipeline is in place to drive succession planning in the business groups.
To be considered as a trusted advisor in this environment, a commercial mind-set and sound business acumen are essential. Your key stakeholders are senior leaders and your partnerships will be underpinned by your ability to understand their agenda and the challenges they face as a business group. With this credibility, you will be able to consult and influence effectively across this matrix structure.
If you are a Talent specialist, with a track record of managing the talent agenda, identifying rising stars and high potentials and facilitating talent forums with business leaders, we would like to talk to you.
