HR Management Consultant - M&A
A leading global management consultancy based in London is looking for a client facing management consultant (Manager & AD Level) to join the HR Mergers & Acquisitions(M&A) Practice. You will be on site with clients, working at the forefront of transactions, helping both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal people and organisational issues related to M&A. This includes; Organisation Strategy, Organisation Design, Employee Engagement, TUPE and HR Operations.
More specifically, as a client facing HR / M&A Consultancy, you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with your client base and successfully completing value-add work in line with client requirements, supported by a team
- The nature of your M&A Consulting work may include; OD, TUPE, infrastructure, process, due diligence, integration and separation, cultural change
- You will manage complex international projects
- You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team on client site
You will either be already operating in a growing global management consultancy in a client facing role specialising in M&A or you will be an accomplished internal HR projects specialist with extensive M&A experience looking to move in to a client facing role. Degree and / or CIPD preferred.
