Reward Manager, EMEA
A leading Professional Services organisation is looking for a Reward Manager to cover the EMEA region. Reporting into the Head of Compensation and Benefits this role will be responsible for all reward, recognition and benefits policies in the region. Duties include providing benchmarking and salary analysis as well as providing management information and analysis. The role holder will also assist in the delivery of compensation and benefits projects for the region.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished HR Compensation and Benefits specialist with proven practical experience of salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking and benefits policies. You will be degree qualified or have equivalent qualifications and have experience of HR systems and data reporting.
